Owner Paul Caparatta has operated a successful internet retail store based in NYC, Butterflyutopia.com, since 2001 (we moved to NC in 2017.) Since 2012 Butterfly Utopia has been selling high quality non-toxic butterfly tattoos to rave reviews.  (4.8 out of 5 rating on amazon).  Now using the same terrific quality tattoos we have decided to branch out into other temporary tattoo products after noticing just how poor quality most temporary tattoos are (impossible to transfer, barely stay on, sticky dirt collecting tattoos, small, dull colors, boring designs, glossy film that transfers to skin etc etc).
